Meet the KMH Team

Kelly Rittenhouse
Director of Operations
Kelly oversees countless aspects of daily operations in our two offices. Several successful project submissions are directly linked to her involvement in the proposal and submission process. Since joining us in 2016, Rittenhouse has continually expanded her involvement, becoming responsible for preparing all-new project proposals, meeting with new and current clients and ensuring all work in progress is on schedule and within scope.
When she's not writing proposals, Kelly often takes off to pursue her passion for snowboarding.
Rittenhouse has a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from Stony Brook University.

Kevin Henneman
Principal, Director of Engineering
Kevin started KMH Integration with one goal in mind: to reimagine the service aspect of system integration. He realized early on that the traditional integration business model is too often focused on quick turnover: complete a project and then move on to maximize your profits. "It doesn’t need to be that way, and that’s not why I started this business," he says.
Kevin's background and experience touches on every area of the pro A/V experience, from engineering to system design to client partnerships. He understands what A/V professionals need ... because he is one himself.
His customer-first mindset extends to the entre KMH team, and it shows in every project regardless of the scope.

Harry Hart II
Director of Integration
Harry Hart III is Director of Integration for KMH Integration. His primary focus is being the on-site client relationship manager, solving issues in real time and giving customers peace of mind that everything is being handled properly.
Hart joined KMH in 2017, after previously holding a range of business development, sales, project management and planning roles in the healthcare and office supplies industries.
Hart has a Master of Business Administration degree in healthcare management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Quinnipiac University.
A Full Team of Professionals

When you engage KMH Integration, you get a full team of experienced professionals. At our facility in Hauppauge, New York, the team conducts
-
cable fabrication
-
equipment rack pre-loading
-
sub-systems pre-testing and test bed environments.
Our customers and partners can use this site to test and commission systems before they are delivered to a job site. Customers often use this facility to train their staff while developing and refining user interfaces for editing, routing and other customized configurations.
The KMH team has seen it all. Challenging cable paths, and the high cable density equipment prevalent in today’s systems, are no problem. We love the challenge! From fiber optics (single mode/multi-mode, Waveguide, Ethernet (CAT5e, CAT-6A) to wiring of intricate control assemblies, we have the specialists and tooling for any application. We pride ourselves on maintaining clean, organized and non-obtrusive job sites.
